We are a full-service agency and have been working closely with Syniad IT since 2015, acting as their outsourced design and marketing team.

We provided our client with a rebrand and website refresh, as well as design all their print materials including white papers, stationery and promotional items.

We developed and implemented a marketing plan and social media strategy aligned with overall business goals. This included writing blogs, creating email newsletters, managing social media campaigns and creating a content marketing strategy.

Brand creation

In 2015, we updated the Syniad IT logo and created a new brand identity for the company. Over the last two years, it has developed into the creation of bulb-headed men as the word ‘Syniad’ means ‘idea’ in Welsh.

Website revamp

In 2015, we recreated the Syniad IT website so that it was responsive, search engine optimised and easy to navigate. We have now revamped the website in 2018, to improve performance and user experience.

Print Materials

We have created various print materials for Syniad IT which include white paper design, infographics, promotional banner stands and stationery.

Social Media

In 2017, we created a marketing plan and social media strategy for Syniad IT which included managing their social media platforms and creating regular email newsletters whilst growing their mailing list.

Bringing your brand to life is an essential part of what we do. By creating the bulb-headed men we have provided Syniad IT with an easily recognisable identity which has made them stand out from their competitors.

Keeping a website fresh

Technology moves fast and in order to stay competitive in the marketplace, it is important to keep your website updated regularly. During the Syniad IT website refresh, we reviewed and refreshed the content, updated the branding and added additional functionality such as responsiveness and search engine optimisation.

Applying branding to print

Consistency is key, and therefore we have integrated the bulb-headed men branding throughout all of Syniad IT’s marketing platforms including print. We have created various bulb-headed men characters which are incorporated into company white papers, stationery and marketing merchandise which reinforces brand awareness and recognition.

Getting noticed on social media

To support business goals and raise awareness of Syniad IT, we developed and implemented a marketing plan and social media strategy. We raised the company’s profile as an industry leader through publishing thought leadership white papers on LinkedIn whilst connecting with potential clients on Twitter. Regular email newsletter communication increased awareness of the company which lead to mailing list growth. Sales and client enquiries increased as a direct result of incorporating this strategy.

Rejane proved to me that social media engagement is a vital ingredient in our marketing strategy. We’ve now embedded the processes that Gwynne Graphics initiated into our ways of working and have continued to see consistent growth.
